Located in Perth's premier business district - St Georges Terrace, the Conference Centre offers a number of facilities that makes it the ideal venue formeetings, presentations, seminars, workshops functions and social gatherings in the Perth CBD.

The Conference Centre comprises of four individually designed suites catering for just about any business or function requirement:


We offer a state-of-the-art Theatrette with a capacity of up to 80 people and are able to cater for full audio and/or visual presentations. The Theatrette is ideal for Annual General Meetings, training, seminars, presentations and conferences.

Training Rooms:

We offer 2 training rooms catering for up to 40 people. Ideal for business meetings, workshops and training sessions.

Function Room:

We offer a fully-equipped, multi-purpose Function room with an adjoining balcony area overlooking the spectacular QV.1 foyer. The room offers natural lighting with wide, sweeping views of city life below on Milligan Street. The Function room is ideal for seminars, meetings, workshops, training sessions as well as business gatherings and social functions.


We offer a fully equipped kitchen and are able offer tea, coffee and biscuits. We do not supply specialised catering. We are however, able to supply a list of recommend caterers upon request.


All function rooms and video-conference facilities are serviced by on-site QV.1 staffing. 24-hour on-site security is also provided.

Parking: QV.1 offers 520 bays for public parking in Wilsons Parking. Entry is via 475 Murray Street and exits onto 976 Hay Street.
Disabled Access: Yes - Lift access available. Ramps also available for the Theatrette.
Trading Hours:

Monday - Friday: Opening hours are generally 7am- 6pm, however alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Technical Facilities: Electronic drop down screens, ceiling mounted speakers and projectors, lap top connections, high speed and wireless internet connections, one touch lighting and audio operating systems are available in each of our rooms. Further equipment can be rented upon request.
