The four star boutique hotel has been totally renovated, and a magnificent new hotel wing has been added.

Just minutes to the heart of Newcastle - located in the suburb of Charlestown, the retail and commercial centre of Newcastle. Only 10 minutes south of the Newcastle CBD and providing easy access to the city and local beaches.

The Apollo International Hotel Newcastle (hotel accommodation Newcastle) comprises 94 beautifully decorated over-sized accommodation rooms (completed June 2012) together with a conference centre.

The hotel will meet all of your needs with four function rooms, each boasting natural light, breakout areas, modern technology and professional friendly service.

There are four spacious, air conditioned, versatile meeting and function venues, all with natural light and high ceilings, opening out to the pool, beautifully landscaped hotel gardens and the reserve. Indoor and outdoor areas cater for breakout and catering.

The Apollo Room
The largest venue at 100sqm in size featuring a stage and a dance floor. This room can accommodate up to 180 people in a cocktail setting or 110 guests in a theatre configuration. This venue is located on ground level with views to the pool and bushland surrounds and opening out on to a grassy courtyard, perfect for a breath of fresh air.
The venue includes an acoustic wall enabling the area to be divided into the Apollo 1 and Apollo 2 rooms which are 50sqm in size and can accommodate up to 40 people in a theatre style seating or 22 people in U shape seating.

The Lambton Room
This room is 30sqm in size and can accommodate up to 30 people in a cocktail setting and 16 people in a u-shaped conference

Located on ground level this room has access to the serene settings of the outdoor courtyard and gazebo, surrounded by natural bushland.

The James White Room
This room is 30sqm in size and can accommodate up to 30 people in a cocktail setting and 16 people in a u-shaped conference.
Located on the hotel reception level this room also has suitable access to disabled facilities. This room has two balconies allowing for breaks and to enjoy the fresh air and ambience of the natural bushland just outside your door.
