Our Travelodge Mirambeena Resort Darwin offers a wide range of function events, conference and meeting facilities options.

 

 
This Darwin resort has 5 function rooms to suit most of your conference needs. All rooms are air-conditioned and have natural lighting, adjustable indoor fluorescent lighting and soft mood lighting.
 
Board Room - Has a seating capacity of 12 delegates for your more intimate meetings.
 
Bilioara’s Darwin Meeting Room - Has a seating capacity of approximately 20 delegates in a boardroom style
 
Nemarluk Darwin Conference Venue - Has a seating capacity of 100 guests, theatre style
 
Bul Bul - Has a seating capacity of 100 theatre style
 
Our Bul Bul and Nemarluk rooms can be combined as one large conference suite providing a capacity of up to 200 theatre style, or a seated lunch/dinner for up to 130 people.
 
Travelodge Mirambeena Resort can provide numerous room configurations including Classroom, ‘u’ shape and Boardroom and we can of course adapt the room to suit your specific requirements.
 
Audio & Visual Equipment - We have a range of audio and visual equipment for hire. Each room is supplied with whiteboard, pens, paper and the option of a flipchart if required. Large TVs, videos, data projectors, overhead projectors, screens, electronic whiteboards, taping facilities, PA, microphones, faxing and photocopying facilities are all available on request.
Catering - All catering can be provided from basic morning and afternoon tea’s to extensive lunches and dinners. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request. Mirambeena Resort Darwin also offers a choice of breakout areas for a pleasant change in scenery during seminars. We have a 100 seat A La Carte restaurant as well as our poolside bar and café, the ideal place to relax after a long day of meetings.
